Sarah Swanson

Sarah Swanson is the Chief of Staff at Dalberg Media, where she oversees staffing structures, hiring, policy development and international expansion. Sarah has a background as a director in global development consulting firm where she managed projects and teams across the Global South whilst living in Nairobi, Kenya.

Before that, Sarah worked in Danish municipal government running and evaluating local initiatives in the healthcare sector. Sarah has a MA in African Studies (Anthropology) from SOAS University of London, and an undergraduate degree in History and Politics from Oxford.
