Dalberg Media was engaged by the COVID-19 Vaccine Delivery Partnership (CoVDP)— a partnership between the World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance — to provide communications surge support.
As a result of Dalberg Media’s outreach to media houses across Africa, CoVDP reached over 12 million people in audience numbers. Dalberg Media supported with clear and concise briefing documents to the media houses and the CoVDP principal which facilitated relevant and incisive interviews. Dalberg Media developed a communication strategy, incorporating input from stakeholders and partners as well as a country communications toolkit. These tools established CoVDP’s communications office and laid a strong foundation for future communications to achieve the Partnership’s objectives.
